Bosch Sensortec BMA2xx Triaxial Acceleration Sensors

Bosch Sensortec BMA220 / BMA222E / BMA250E/ BMA255 and BMA280 are 6-, 8-, 10-, 14-bit triaxial, low-g acceleration sensors with digital output for consumer market applications. These devices allow measurement of acceleration in three perpendicular axes. An evaluation circuitry (ASIC) converts the output of a micromechanical acceleration-sensing structure (MEMS) that works according to the differential capacitance principle.

Bosch Sensortec BMA220, BMA222E, BMA250E, BMA255 and BMA280 sensors match a multitude of hardware requirements and feature an ultra-small footprint and flat package ideally suited for mobile applications. BMA220 offers a variable voltage range from 1.6V to 3.6V while BMA22E and BMA250E offer a variable voltage range from 1.2V to 3.6V. Each of these devices optimizes functionality, performance, and power consumption in customer-specific applications.
