Azoteq Capacitive Touch Sensors

Azoteq Capacitive Touch Sensors combine advanced analog sensing and digital signal sensing for a highly stable and sensitive sensor. Products include IQS232 ProxSense® IC, a two channel capacitive contact and proximity sensor ready for immediate use or with programming options for customization; and IQS128 ProxSense IC, a capacitive sensor featuring DYCAL™ intelligent hysteresis.


IQS232 Features

  • Differentiated touch and distributed proximity electrode

  • Supply voltage: 1.8V to 3.6V
  • Internal voltage regulator and reference capacitor
