Ampro by ADLINK CoreModule® 720/730/740/745 PC/104 Extreme Rugged™ Single Board Computers (SBC) are designed to be power-efficient embedded systems for rugged, space-constrained applications. The CoreModule® 720 is based on the Intel® Atom™ Processor E600T series. The CoreModule® 740 and 745 use an Intel® Luna Pier platform with 1.66GHz Intel® Atom™ (N450 and N455/D525, respectively) Pineview-M processor and ICH8M I/O Control Hub.

Ampro By ADLINK CoreModule® 730 Atom™ SUMIT-ISM™ Extreme Rugged™ Highly Integrated Single Board Computers (SBC) are based on the Intel® Atom™ CPU and US15W System Controller Hub (SCH), and provide a mid-performance control and compute platform for a wide range of applications. Featuring the new SUMIT™ expansion interface for legacy I/O and PCI Express support, these tiny 90x96mm footprint SBCs are well-rounded with Gigabit Ethernet, CRT and flat panel video, 4 USB ports, IDE interface, CompactFlash socket, GPIO support, and optional 4 serial port PC/104 add-on card. The CoreModule® 730 is ideal for space-constrained systems targeting the lowest-power Atom™ chipset in the new ISM™ (Industry Standard Module) form factor without a custom baseboard.

CoreModule® 740/745 Atom™ PC/104-Plus SBCs with ICH8-M Chipset


The Ampro by ADLINK CoreModule® 740/745 Atom™ PC/104-Plus Single Board Computers with ICH8-M Chipset use an Intel® Luna Pier platform with 1.66GHz Intel® Atom™ (N450 and N455/D525, respectively) Pineview-M processor and ICH8M I/O Control Hub. The CoreModule® 740 includes USB 2.0, single channel IDE, LPC, floppy, parallel, serial ports, LPT, stack-through connectors, and integrated graphics in a compact ISM form factor. The CoreModule® 745 includes 4 USB 2.0, two SATA 3Gb/s, 3 serial ports, Gigabit Ethernet, 4GB SSD onboard, SMBus, LPC, and 8 GPIO.

Intel® Atom™ Processor N400 Series

The Intel® Atom™ Processor N400 Series is built on 45nm Hi-K process technology. The processor is designed for a two-chip platform as opposed to the traditional three-chip platforms (processor, GMCH, and ICH). The two-chip platform consists of a processor and a chipset which enables better performance, lower cost, easier validation, and improved x-y footprint. The processor is offered in an BGA559 package.
