TI TPS7A8001 Low-Dropout 1A Linear Regulators

Texas Instruments TPS7A8001 low-dropout 1A linear regulators (LDOs) use an advanced BiCMOS process and a PMOSFET pass device to achieve very low noise, excellent transient response, and excellent PSRR performance. TI TPS7A8001 LDOs use a precision voltage reference and feedback loop to achieve a worst-case accuracy of 3% over all load, line, process, and temperature variations. The TI TPS7A8001 is fully specified over the -40C to +125C range and is ideal for use in telecom infrastructure applications as well as audio and high-speed I/F (PLL/VCO).
