Texas Instruments OPA835 and OPA836 op amps are single ultra low-power, rail-to-rail output, negative rail input, voltage-feedback operational amplifiers designed to operate over a power supply of 2.5V to 5.5V. The TI OPA835 consumes only 250µA per channel and a unity gain bandwidth of 56MHz while the OPA836 consumes only 1mA per channel and a unity gain bandwidth of 205MHz. These TI op amps provide an industry-leading power-to-performance ratio for rail-to-rail amplifiers. The low power consumption and high frequency performance of OPA835 and OPA836 op amps provides performance versus power not attainable in comparable devices. That performance coupled with a power savings mode to reduce current to <1.5µA makes these TI devices an attractive solution for high frequency amplifiers in battery-powered applications.
