The Texas Instruments CSD86350Q5D Synchronous Buck NexFET™ Power Block is an optimized design for synchronous buck applications offering high current, high efficiency, and high frequency capability in a small 5mm x 6mm outline. The TI CSD86350Q5D Synchronous Buck NexFET Power Block is optimized for 5V gate drive applications and offers a flexible solution capable of offering a high density power supply when paired with any 5V gate drive from an external controller / driver. The TI CSD86350Q5D NexFET Power Block features 90% system efficiency at 25A and up to 40A operation. The CSD86350Q5D features a half-bridge power block and high frequency operation up to 1.5MHz. This device is part of the TI NexFET family and provides low switching losses and comes in an ultra low inductance package. The CSD86350Q5D is designed for use in synchronous buck converters, multiphase synchronous buck converters, POL DC-DC converters, and IMVP, VRM, and VRD applications.
