Texas Instruments TPS54519 Synchronous Step Down SWIFT Converter is a full featured 6V, 5A synchronous step down current mode converter with two integrated MOSFETs. The TI TPS54519 Synchronous Step Down SWIFT Converter enables small designs by integrating the MOSFETs, implementing current mode control to reduce external component count, reducing inductor size by enabling up to 2MHz switching frequency, and minimizing the IC footprint with a small 3mmx3mm thermally enhanced QFN package. The TI TPS54519 provides accurate regulation for a variety of loads with an accurate ±2% voltage reference over temperature. Efficiency is maximized through the integrated 30mΩ MOSFETs and 350µA typical supply current. This TI synchronous step down converter is ideal for use in low-voltage, high-density power systems. TPS54519EVM-037 evaluation module is a fully assembled and tested circuit for evaluating the TPS54519.
