Texas Instruments TPS54061 60V, 200mA Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter

TI TPS54061 60V, 200mA Synchronous
Step-Down DC-DC Converter

Texas Instruments TPS54061 is a 60V, 200mA synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with integrated high side and low side MOSFETs. Current mode control provides simple external compensation and flexible component selection. The non-switching supply current is 90µA. Using the enable pin, shutdown supply current is reduced to 1.4µA. To increase light load efficiency the low side MOSFET emulates a diode when the inductor current reaches zero. TI TPS54061 DC-DC converter enables small designs by integrating the MOSFETs, boot recharge diode, and minimizing the IC footprint with a small 3mm × 3mm thermally enhanced VSON package. This TI device is ideal for use in a variety of applications, including 4-20mA current-loop powered sensors as well as low power standby or bias voltage supplies. TI TPS54061EVM-142 evaluation module helps designers evaluate the performance of the TPS54061.
