TI TLV320AIC3256 Very Low-Power Stereo Codec with miniDSP and DirectPath™ HP Amplifier is a flexible, low-power, low-voltage stereo audio codec with programmable inputs and outputs, PowerTune capabilities, fully-programmable miniDSP, fixed predefined and parameterizable signal processing blocks, integrated PLL, and flexible digital interfaces. TI TLV320AIC3256 codec features two fully-programmable miniDSP cores that support application-specific algorithms in the record and/or the playback path of the device. The miniDSP cores are fully software controlled. Target miniDSP algorithms, such as active noise cancellation, acoustic echo cancellation or advanced DSP filtering are loaded into the device after power-up. Extensive register-based control of power, input/output channel configuration, gains, effects, pin-multiplexing, and clocks is included, allowing this TI device to be precisely targeted to its application. The device can cover operations from 8kHz mono voice playback to audio stereo 192kHz DAC playback, making it ideal for portable battery-powered audio and telephony applications.

Texas Instruments DRV8662 Piezo Haptic Driver is a single-chip device with integrated 105V boost switch, integrated power diode, and integrated fully-differential amplifier. TI DRV8662 Piezo Haptic Driver is a versatile device capable of driving both high- and low-voltage piezo haptic actuators. The input signal can be either differential or single-ended. LP8552 LED Driver

Texas Instruments LP8552 High-Efficiency White LED Backlight Driver with integrated boost converter has six adjustable current sinks that can be controlled by PWM input or with I²C-compatible serial interface. The boost converter has adaptive output voltage control based on the LED driver voltages. This feature minimizes the power consumption by adjusting the voltage to lowest sufficient level in all conditions. LED outputs have 8-bit current resolution and up to 13-bit PWM resolution with additional 1-3 bit dithering to achieve smooth and precise brightness control. Proprietary Phase Shift PWM control is used for LED outputs to reduce peak current from the boost converter, thus making the boost capacitors smaller. The Phase Shifting scheme also eliminates audible noise. TI LP8552 has safety features that make it possible to detect LED outputs with open or short fault.

TSC2004 Controller

TI TSC2004 very low-power touch screen controller is designed to work with power-sensitive, handheld applications that are based on advanced low-voltage processors. It works with a supply voltage as low as 1.2V, which can be supplied by a single-cell battery. It contains a complete, ultralow-power, 12-bit, analog-to-digital (A/D) resistive touch screen converter, including drivers and the control logic to measure touch pressure. TSC2004 also offers pre-processing of the touch screen measurements to reduce bus loading, thus reducing the consumption of host processor resources that can then be redirected to more critical functions.
