TI LMZ1200xEXT Power Modules

Texas Instruments LMZ12001EXT / LMZ12002EXT / LMZ12003EXT SIMPLE SWITCHER® Power Modules feature 20V maximum input voltage and are designed for rugged applications. These TI power modules provide either 1A (LMZ12001EXT), 2A (LMZ12002EXT), or 3A (LMZ12003EXT) output current and offer efficiency of up to 92%. The LMZ1001, LMZ12002, and LMZ12003 have a -55 to +125ºC junction temperature range and provide fast transient response for FPGAs and ASICs. These TI devices are ideal for use in point of load conversions from 5V and 12V input rail.
