Texas Instruments LMT8x Temperature Sensors are precision analog output CMOS ICs with a class-AB output structure that gives these devices strong output source and sink current capability for driving heavy loads. TI LMT8x temp sensors are highly accurate over a wide temperature range. LMT84, LMT85, LMT86, and LMT87 have an operating temperature range from -50º to +150ºC. LMT8x devices are ideal for use in a wide variety of applications, including automotive, industrial, white goods, and more.
