Texas Instruments LMR12007 / LMR12010 / LMR12015 / LMR12020 SIMPLE SWITCHER® 20Vin, 1A step-down voltage regulators provide all the active functions to provide local DC/DC conversion with fast transient response and accurate regulation in the smallest possible PCB area. TI LMR12010 SIMPLE SWITCHER voltage regulators offer 1.6MHz (LMR12010X) or 3MHz (LMR12010Y) switching frequencies. The ability of these TI devices to drive 1A loads with an internal 300mΩ NMOS switch using 0.5µm BiCMOS technology results in the best power density available. The world-class control circuitry allows for on-times as low as 13ns, supporting exceptionally high frequency conversion over the entire 3V to 20V input operating range down to the minimum output voltage of 0.8V. LMR12010 voltage regulators are designed for use in a variety of applications, including point-of-load conversions from 3.3V, 5V, and 12V rails, space-constrained applications, and battery powered equipment.
