Texas Instruments CC3000TIWISLEM SimpleLink™ CC3000 Wi-Fi Evaluation Module is a self-contained wireless solution that simplifies the process of implementing Internet connectivity. This TI SimpleLink Wi-Fi eval module minimizes host microcontroller (MCU) software requirements, making it the ideal solution for embedded applications using any low-cost/low-power MCU. This TI kit provides an EM board with LSR TiWi-SL SimpleLink Wi-Fi module on it. The EM board has standard RF1 and RF2 headers that connect to many TI platforms, including some kits for MSP430 MCUs, Tiva MCUs, and C5000 digital signal processors. The SimpleLink CC3000 Wi-Fi solution is provided as a module to reduce development time, lower manufacturing costs, save board space, ease certification, and minimize RF expertise required. It is provided as a complete platform solution including software drivers, sample applications, API guide, user documentation and a world-class support community.
