SIMPLE SWITCHER® Nano Modules

Texas Instruments LMZ10500 and LMZ10501 SIMPLE SWITCHER® Nano Modules with 5.5V maximum input voltage are easy-to-use step-down DC-DC solutions capable of 650mA (LMZ10500) or 1A (LMZ10501) load in space-constrained applications. These highly efficient SIMPLE SWITCHER Nano Modules feature adjustable output voltage and 2.0MHz fixed PWM switching frequency. The LMZ10500 and LMZ10501 require only an input capacitor, output capacitor, a small VCON filter capacitor, and two resistors for basic operation. These TI nano modules come in 8-pin LLP footprint package with an integrated inductor. Internal current limit based softstart function, current overload protection, and thermal shutdown are also provided. LMZ10500 and LMZ10501 devices are designed for use in a variety of applications, including point of load conversions from 3.3V and 5V rails, space-constrained applications, and low output noise applications.
