LM5101BMA - 100V MOSFET Driver

The LM5100A/B/C and LM5101A/B/C High Voltage Gate Drivers are designed to drive both the high-side and the low-side N-Channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck or a half-bridge configuration. The floating high-side driver is capable of operating with supply voltages up to 100V. The "A" versions provide a full 3A of gate drive while the "B" and "C" versions provide 2A and 1A respectively. The outputs are independently controlled with CMOS input thresholds (LM5100A/B/C) or TTL input thresholds (LM5101A/B/C). An integrated high voltage diode is provided to charge the high-side gate drive bootstrap capacitor. A robust level shifter operates at high speed while consuming low power and providing clean level transitions from the control logic to the high-side gate driver.

    LM3S8971 - Stellaris® Integrated Motor Control/Driver

    The Stellaris® LM3S8971 microcontroller is based on the ARM® Cortex™-M3 controller core operating at up to 50 MHz, with 256 kB flash and 64 kB SRAM. The LM3S8971 also features real-time industrial connectivity, with a 10/100 Ethernet MAC/PHY, a CAN controller, an SSI / SPI controller, and a UART. The LM3S8971 microcontroller also features advanced motion control features, including 6 motion-control PWM outputs with dead-band, a quadrature encoder input for precise position monitoring, and a fault protection input for low-latency shutdown. The microcontroller also features intelligent analog capability, including 1 analog comparators and 8 channels of highly accurate 10-bit analog-to-digital conversion - with the ability to sample at speeds of 1M samples per second.

        AMC1200 - Isolation Amplifier

        The AMC1200 is a precision isolation amplifier with an output separated from the input circuitry by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) barrier that is highly resistant to magnetic interference. This barrier has been certified to provide galvanic isolation of up to 4000 VPEAK according to UL1577 and IEC60747-5-2. Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, this device prevents noise currents on a high common-mode voltage line from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry.

        The input of the AMC1200 is optimized for direct connection to shunt resistors or other low voltage level signal sources. The excellent performance of the device supports accurate current control resulting in system-level power saving and, especially in motor-control applications, lower torque ripple.

        DRV8312 - Three Phase Brushless DC Motor Driver

        The DRV8312/32 are high performance, integrated three phase motor drivers with an advanced protection system. Because of the low RDS(on) of the power MOSFETs and intelligent gate drive design, the efficiency of these motor drivers can be up to 97%, which enables the use of smaller power supplies and heatsinks, and are good candidates for energy efficient applications.

        The DRV8312/32 require two power supplies, one at 12 V for GVDD and VDD, and another up to 50 V for PVDD. The DRV8312/32 can operate at up to 500-kHz switching frequency while still maintain precise control and high efficiency. They also have an innovative protection system safeguarding the device against a wide range of fault conditions that could damage the system.
