TE Connectivity PolySwitch™ LVB125 features a unique plastic box package and provides resettable circuit protection for product assemblies utilizing potting or encapsulating compounds such as power supplies, transformers, industrial controllers, and motors used in harsh-environment applications. By providing resettable circuit protection for these applications, the LVB125 device helps improve product reliability and reduce field service and warranty issues. The innovative plastic box package is designed to reduce the pressure on the device when thermal expansion of the potting material occurs. Using a single component, this device can help protect against damage caused by both overcurrent and overtemperature conditions. The TE Connectivity PolySwitch™ LVB125 Resettable Device is rated at 240 VAC, permitting maximum voltages of up to 265 VAC, offers a 1.25A hold current, and operates over a wide temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) of extreme environments.
