Phoenix Contact Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks are the new generation of modular terminal blocks in the CLIPLINE complete system. The Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks feature an easy, direct conductor connection using the advantages of the CLIPLINE complete system. With up to 50% lower insertion force necessary, it is now possible to directly plug solid and stranded conductors with ferrules from 0.34mm² without tools. The Phoenix Contact Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks use a special contact spring that makes plugging easier than ever while providing high contact quality.

NEW! Phoenix Contact Push-in Technology Terminal Blocks now include 1.5mm angled, PT 6, PTME, PTIO and MPT versions.

Phoenix Contact's 4mm² Push-In Technology Terminal Blocks enable easy and fast termination of ferruled and stripped, stranded wire from 24-10 AWG. The Phoenix Contact 4mm² Push-In Technology Terminal Blocks are available in single, twin, and quattro feed-through as well as double-level, fuse, LED, diode, and function blocks.

NEW! 6mm² Terminal Blocks

PT 6 Series Terminal Blocks feature an 8.2mm width. The 8.2mm width allows the newly introduced PT 6 Series
to terminate larger 6mm² stranded or ferruled wire compared to existing PT Series that accommodate 1.5mm²
or 4mm² stranded and ferruled wire.

Phoenix Contact offers the PT 6 Series in Twin (three connections), Quattro (four connections), and COMBI (pluggable) options.  are compatible with the Clipline Complete system of bridging, marking, test accessories, and plug in components.

NEW! PTME Terminal Blocks

PTME is the first of its kind to use Phoenix Contact's Push-In Technology for the test, measurement, and maintenance of equipment. PTME includes PTME 4 and PTME 6. Phoenix Contact designed the 6 series with innovative plugs for current transformer (CT) shorting that allow "make first, break last" operation. The PTME series combines test and measurement disconnects with pluggable COMBI connectors for increased safety and assembly time savings.

PTME includes a screw-free knife disconnect lever that provides visual indication of the position of the switch. Each block includes bridging channels on either side of the disconnect lever. The pluggable shorting component locks into a bridging channel which accommodates push-in FBS bridges to allow easy access for installing test sockets.

The PTIO 1.5/S series is only 3.5 mm wide with a new top-level location for the power wiring. The blocks offer the market's highest density power distribution for field sensors and actuators.

The compact double-level terminals are available in three-wire and four-wire versions. The upper level is for signal feed-through and is available with or without an LED. Continuous bridge shafts allow a quick and simple potential distribution of power using push-in bridges.

Phoenix Contact MPT Series Modular Terminal Blocks mount to standard 15 mm DIN rail for use in smaller control cabinets and boxes. Since their other dimensions are also very compact, they are ideal for installation in small switch boxes or terminal boxes, e.g. for a motor connection. The MPT series features two flat exterior marking grooves to accept flat marking material such as UC-TMF. A further middle marking groove covers the function shaft, which can however still be used for standard plug-in bridges. The proven screw connection provides additional advantages: multi-conductor connections and zero maintenance.
