Locking Lever Spring-Cage Terminal Blocks

Overview

Phoenix Contact PLA and PLH Locking Lever Spring-Cage Terminal Blocks are designed to meet the need for power connections in increasingly compact, high-current applications. As part of the COMBICON family of Tool-Free Spring Cage Connection Terminal Blocks, the PLA and PLH terminal blocks use push-lock technology to make conductor connections on the PC board without the use of tools. The PLA and PLH Terminal Blocks provide an ideal solution for high power connections to the PCB using an angled or horizontal design. The PLA and PLH Locking Lever Spring-Cage Terminal Blocks are well-suited for frequency inverters, power supply units, solar inverters, and drive controllers.

  • Lever-actuated PLA terminals and PLH conductor outlets can accommodate conductor cross sections as small as 0.5mm2

PLH 5

Phoenix Contact PLH 5 Terminal Blocks use push-lock technology to make conductor connections horizontal to the PCB without the use of tools. PLH 5 horizontal terminals blocks can accommodate conductor cross sections extending from 0.5mm² - 6mm² and wire gauges from 20-8 AWG.

PLH 16

Phoenix Contact PLH 16 Power PCB Terminal Blocks offer gastight wire termination, which self adjusts with temperature changes and vibration conditions. Lever-actuated PLH 16 Terminal Blocks can accommodate conductor cross sections up to 16mm² and a current carrying capacity of up to 76 A. The housing size is compact as compared to other terminal blocks with similar current and voltage ratings. PLH 16 PCB Terminal Blocks  offer 2 to 8 positions, 70A 600V UL for 15mm pitch, 66A 300V UL for 10mm pitch, and 60A 600V UL for zigzag pinning for 10mm pitch, 18 to 4 AWG, and right angle PCB mount.
