NXP TEA173x GreenChip SMPS Controller ICs

NXP Semiconductors TEA173x GreenChip Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) controller ICs enable low-cost, highly efficient, and reliable power supplies. NXP Semiconductors TEA173x GreenChip SMPS controller ICs are intended for flyback topologies and operate in peak current and frequency control mode. TEA173x ICs include OverPower Protection (OPP). This enables the controller to operate under overpower situations for a limited amount of time. The TEA173x is designed for power requirements of up to 75W.

NXP Semiconductors TEA175x GreenChip III Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS) controller ICs enable highly efficient and reliable power supplies. The NXP TEA175x is a GreenChip III third generation SMPS controller IC that combines a Power Factor Correction (PFC) controller and a flyback controller. The special built-in green functions provide high efficiency at all power levels. TEA175x SMPS controller ICs are designed for power requirements of up to 250W.
