NXP Semiconductors LPC13xx is the industry's lowest power ARM Cortex™-M3 microcontroller (MCU). The NXP Semiconductors LPC13xx MCU family consumes approximately 200 µA/MHz, bringing low-power benefits to a wide range of 16- and 32-bit applications. The NXP LPC1311, LPC1313, LPC1342, and LPC1343 MCUs operate at CPU frequencies of up to 72 MHz. NXP LPC1311, LPC1313, LPC1342, and LPC1343 MCUs provide a host of high-performance peripheral features, including up to 32kB of Flash memory, up to 8kB of data memory, one Fast-mode Plus I²C-bus interface, one UART, four general-purpose timers, and up to 42 general-purpose I/O pins. The NXP Semiconductors LPC13xx MCU family is designed for use in battery powered systems, e-Metering, consumer peripherals, remote sensors, and 16- / 32-bit applications.

LPC1315 / LPC1316 / LPC1317 / LPC1345 / LPC1346 / LPC1347 MCUs feature a high level of integration and low power consumption. The peripheral complement of the LPC1315 / LPC1316 / LPC1317 / LPC1345 / LPC1346 / LPC1347 includes up to 64kB of flash memory, 8kB or 10kB of SRAM data memory, one Fast-mode Plus I²C-bus interface, one RS-485/EIA-485 USART with support for synchronous mode and smart card interface, two SSP interfaces, four general purpose counter/timers, an 8-channel, 12-bit ADC, and up to 51 general purpose I/O pins.
