NXP Semiconductors LPC1200 microcontrollers are powered by the smallest, most energy-efficient ARM Cortex-M0™ core and provide compelling solutions for industrial control. NXP Semiconductors LPC1200 MCUs include up to 128KB Flash and 8KB SRAM and offer configurable peripherals ideally suited for energy-efficient controls and appliances. These NXP Cortex-M0 LPC122x MCUs provide up to 50% higher code density compared to common 8/16-bit MCUs performing typical tasks. LPC1200 Cortex-M0 devices offer up to 55 GPIOs and onboard peripherals including a 21-channel direct memory access controller (DMA), cycle redundancy check engine (CRC), comparators, a real-time clock (RTC), and 1% internal oscillator.
