Ultra Low-Dropout Voltage Regulators

NXP Semiconductors LD6806 Ultra Low-Dropout Regulators are an ideal LDO solution for portable applications with an ultra low-dropout of 60mV @ 200mA. The NXP LD6806 LDO series is optimized for applications with challenging space requirements, high battery lifetime demands, and superior operating stability. The operating voltage of NXP LD6806 Ultra Low-Dropout Regulators range from 2.3V to 5.5V and the output voltage ranges from 1.2V to 3.6V. These NXP Semiconductors LDOs are available in two different packages, one 0.4mm pitch CSP and one leadless plastic package SOT886.
