NXP BTxxx Four Quadrant Sensitive Gate Triacs

NXP's BTxxx Four Quadrant Sensitive Gate Triacs are planar passivated, sensitive four quadrant triacs intended for use in general purpose bidirectional switching and phase control applications, where high sensitivity is required in all four quadrants or in applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability and high thermal cycling performance. These devices are intended to be interfaced directly to microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits, low power drivers, and other low power gate trigger circuits. Typical applications include general purpose motor control and general purpose switching.
