LPC800 32-Bit ARM® Cortex™-M0+ Microcontrollers

NXP’s LPC800 is available in low-pin-count packages and offers easy-to-use peripherals addressing 8-bit application requirements while providing the 32-bit capabilities and exceptional power efficiency of the ARM® Cortex™-M0+ processor. LPC1100XL 32-Bit ARM® Cortex™-M0 Microcontrollers

With performance capability up to 50MHz the NXP LPC1100XL microcontroller delivers the industry‘s lowest 32-bit active power consumption for Cortex-M0 microcontrollers at 110µA/MHz and reduces deep sleep current below 2µA. Also on-chip power profiles can be customized for any low-power application allowing designers to reach ideal power levels with minimal application intervention. The LPC1100XL incorporates NXP’s proprietary embedded flash which extends solutions to 64kB while incorporating 256 bytes of page erase. NXP's LPC11E00 with 10kB SRAM and 32kB flash is a feature-rich solution and maximizes connectivity with 2 SSP, USART with smart card interface and I²C Fm+ and 54 GPIO pins. The on-chip ROM in the LPC11E00 series includes a 32-bit divide library with an API interface offering several times the arithmetic performance of software-based libraries, as well as a highly deterministic cycle time combined with reduced Flash code size. LPC2100 32-Bit ARM7TDMI-S Based Microcontrollers

NXP's LPC2100 devices are based on a 32-bit ARM7TDMI-S CPU with real-time emulation and embedded trace support, that combine the microcontroller with 32kB, 64kB, 128kB, 256kB and 512kB of embedded high-speed flash memory. LPC2200 32-Bit ARM7TDMI-S Based Microcontrollers

The LPC2200 microcontroller series are based on the ARM7TDMI-S CPU with real-time emulation and embedded trace support. With their 144-pin package, low power consumption, various 32-bit timers, 8-channel 10-bit ADC, PWM channels, and up to nine external interrupt pins these microcontrollers are particularly suitable for industrial control, medical systems, access control and point-of-sale. The LPC2200 series can provide up to 76 GPIOs depending on bus configuration. With a wide range of serial communications interfaces, it is also very well suited for communication gateways, protocol converters and embedded soft modems as well as many other general-purpose applications.


LPC2300 32-Bit ARM7TDMI-S Microcontrollers

The LPC2300 microcontroller series are based on the ARM7TDMI-S CPU with real-time emulation that combines the microcontroller with up to 128kB of embedded high-speed flash memory. The LPC2300 series are ideal for multi-purpose serial communication applications. They incorporate a 10/100 Ethernet Media Access Controller (MAC), USB full speed device with 4kB of endpoint RAM, four UARTs, two CAN channels, an SPI interface, two Synchronous Serial Ports (SSP), three I²C interfaces, and an I²S interface make these devices very well suited for communication gateways and protocol converters. LPC2400 32-Bit ARM7TDMI-S Microcontrollers

NXP Semiconductor designed the LPC2400 microcontrollers around the ARM7TDMI-S CPU core with real-time debug interfaces that include both JTAG and embedded Trace. The LPC2400 microcontrollers have 512kB of on-chip high-speed Flash memory. This Flash memory includes a special 128-bit wide memory interface and accelerator architecture that enables the CPU to execute sequential instructions from Flash memory at the maximum 72MHz system clock rate. This feature is available only on the LPC2000 ARM Microcontroller family of products. The LPC2400 can execute both 32-bit ARM and 16-bit Thumb instructions.
