Facedown Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs

KEMET T527 Series Facedown Terminal Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs (Organic Capacitors) have a Ta anode and Ta2O5 dielectric and conductive organic polymer that replaces the traditionally used MnO2 as the cathode plate of the capacitor, resulting in very low ESR and improved capacitance retention at high frequency. The T527 Series Polymer Tantalum KO-CAPs from KEMET offer improved packaging efficiency with a low profile design through the use of facedown technology. This series offers high capacitance from 22-100µF and voltage range from 4-10V in a 3216-10 package size and is ideal for densely populated circuits where space restrictions do not allow the use of more commonly available, larger sized components.
