Intel Z5xx Series Atom™ Processors

Intel Z5xx Series Atom™ Processors are built on a new 45nm Hi-k low power micro-architecture and 45nm process technology—the first generation of low-power IA-32 micro-architecture specially designed for the new class of Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs). These processors support the Intel System Controller Hub (Intel SCH), a single-chip component designed for low-power operation.

Intel Z510/Z510P/Z510PT Atom™ Processors

Intel's Z510 Series Atom™ Processors are 32-bit, single-core processors built on 45nm process technology. They are designed for the new class of Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs). Intel's Z510 Series provides a low 1.1GHz clock speed, max TDP of 2.2W, and an FSB speed of 400MHz.
