Honeywell TruStability® Pressure Sensors

Honeywell TruStability® Pressure Sensors include the HSC, NSC, and the SSC Series. They measure absolute, differential, and gauge pressures, and feature low operating voltage, extremely low power consumption, and a miniature 10 x 10mm package. These pressure sensors can be used for many medical and industrial applications, such as patient monitoring, respiratory machines, and pneumatic components and systems.

Honeywell HSC Series TruStability® Pressure Sensors

The TruStability® HSC Series Pressure Sensors are comprised of piezoresistive silicon and offer ratiometric output for reading pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range and measure pressure ranges from 60 mbar to 10 bar (1 psi to 150 psi). This high accuracy HSC Series features analog/digital output with ±1% total error band, SMT, and DIP. The sensors are used for a wide range of medical and industrial applications and were originally intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases such as air and other dry gases (meet ISO 9001).

Now available are the HSC Series Pressure Sensors with a Liquid Media Option that allows one port of the sensor to be used with condensing humidity or non-corrosive liquid media, such as de-ionized water. Honeywell has also extended the HSC TruStability® product line by adding Ultra-Low Pressure Sensors with sensing performance of ±2.5 mbar to ±40 mbar (±1 to ±30 in H2O).

While allowing the flexibility of self-calibration, users still benefit from Honeywell's industry-leading stability, accuracy, and repeatability.

Honeywell NSC Series TruStability® Pressure Sensors

Honeywell SSC Series TruStability® Pressure Sensors


The standard accuracy SSC Series features analog output with ±2% total error band and SIP. The SSC series is used for a wide range of medical and industrial applications and was originally intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases such as air and other dry gases (meet ISO 9001). Also available are SSC Series pressure sensors with Liquid Media Option and Ultra-Low Pressure SSC Sensors.

The SSC Series pressure sensors with Liquid Media Option are also available, and allow one port of the sensor to be used with condensing humidity or non-corrosive liquid media, such as de-ionized water, eliminating the burden and expense of the end user having to protect the sensor from this type of media.

Ultra-Low Pressure Sensors are now available as well with sensing performance of ±2.5 mbar to ±40 mbar (±1 in H2O to ±30 in H2O).

Honeywell TSC Series TruStability® Pressure Sensors


Honeywell TSC TruStability Pressure Sensors are temperature compensated and unamplified. These piezoresistive silicon board mount pressure sensors eliminate the need for system calibration over temperature and also offer reduced part-to-part variation. The series measures differential or gage pressures and are intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases. Numerous package styles and mounting options are available.
