Freescale Flexis JE Ultra-Low-Power MCUs

Freescale Semiconductor Flexis JE series devices provide ultra-low-power operation, USB connectivity, and high measurement accuracy in a single 8- or 32-bit microcontroller. Freescale MC9S08JE128 8-bit MCUs integrate high-resolution ADC and DAC modules and a rich peripheral set including a USB 2.0 device controller and multiple serial interfaces. Freescale MCF51JE128 / MCF51JE256 32-bit MCUs integrate high-resolution ADC and DAC modules and a rich peripheral set including a USB 2.0 host/device/OTG controller, multiple serial interfaces, and an external bus interface. MC9S08JE128 and MCF51JE128 / MCF51JE256 MCUs are part of the Freescale Semiconductor Flexis MCU series that includes both 8-bit S08 and 32-bit V1 ColdFire devices that have a common set of peripherals and development tools for migration flexibility. These ultra-low-power MCUs with USB connectivity are ideal for a variety of applications, including HVAC building control systems, PC peripherals, lighting control systems, industrial networking products.
