Freescale's Kinetis KL02 Chip Scale Package (CSP) ARM Cortex-M0+ MCU is the world's smallest ARM powered MCU which is built on the ARM Cortex-M0+ processor and combines the world's smallest package size with unparalleled energy-efficiency and feature integration. This MCU package uses 25% less PCB area than the nearest competing product with 60% more GPIO. Energy-saving architecture is optimized for low power with 90nm TFS technology, clock and power gating techniques, low power boot option, bit manipulation engine, peripheral bridge crossbar and zero wait state flash memory controller. Several, flexible power modes fit for different application use cases designed to maximize battery life. It also includes a rich mix of connectivity, analog and timers not found in any other MCU of it's kind.
