Cypress MaxArias 4- / 8- / 16-KB F-RAM secure wireless F-RAM memory solutions with EPC Gen-2 RFID access enable unparalleled RF sensitivity, read/write range, and speed. These innovative Cypress devices allow system integrators to extend their RFID capabilities to create wireless databases that can store greater amounts of information locally on high-performance RF-enabled ICs. The first products in the Cypress MaxArias family offer F-RAM memory capabilities in 4-, 8-, and 16-KB densities. Unlike EEPROMs, the MaxArias WM710xx and WM72016 feature zero power write operations. There is no power or speed penalty for executing writes into the WM72016 and WM710xx.

Also available: Cypress MaxReader Wireless Memory Development Kits are versatile development tools for design engineers to develop and thoroughly test the capabilities of Cypress's MaxArias wireless memory using both a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Command Line Interface. The MaxReader board enables access to the full, higher-level user-memory memory capacity of the MaxArias wireless memory. The MaxReader also enables engineers to use the full write speed of MaxArias by employing the block write capability of MaxArias.
