Fast SRAM

Cypress's portfolio of Fast Async SRAM devices includes product offerings ranging from 64-Kbit up-to 32-Mbit. Fast SRAMs are available in industry-standard voltage, bus-width, and package options. Developed using Cypress's high-performance CMOS technology, these devices offer fast access times (8-12ns), making them an ideal choice in applications such as switches and routers, IP-phones, test equipment, DSLAM cards, and automotive electronics. In addition, Cypress Fast Asynchronous SRAMs are available in industrial and automotive temperature grades.

Cypress's MoBL™ Async SRAM devices comprise the industry's broadest portfolio of ASYNC Low power SRAM devices, with active offerings ranging from 64Kb to 64Mb. MoBL SRAMs are available in industry-standard voltage, bus-width, and package options. The devices are designed using a high efficiency 90nm process technology, and offer industry leading Standby Power Dissipation (maximum) specifications. The MoBL Async SRAMs are ideal for high-performance, battery powered and battery-backed solutions across a range of application segments. In addition, MoBL SRAM devices are available in industrial and automotive temperature grades.
