The fanless Axiomtek eBOX Intel based embedded systems are ideal for power-sensitive embedded applications including DSA, car PC, medical healthcare, digital signage, POS/Kiosk, gaming, and in-flight infotainment.

Z530/Z510/Z520PT

Axiomtek eBOX embedded systems with Intel Atom Z530/Z510/Z520PT processors feature a compact and power-efficient, fanless design. The eBOX510-820 is based on an ultra low-power Intel Atom Z530 processor up to 1.6GHz or Z510 processor up to 1.1GHz with up to 2GB of dual-channel DDR2 system memory. Powered by the Intel System Controller Hub US15W with integrated Intel GMA 500, the eBOX510-820 offers advanced graphics and 3D performance. The eBOX510-820 is optimized for power-sensitive embedded applications, consuming less than 10W of power in common use. The eBOX620-823 utilizes an industrial-temperature grade Intel Atom processor Z520PT (1.3 GHz) and Intel System Controller Hub US15WPT. One 200-pin DIMM socket supports up to 2GB DDR2 system memory. The onboard Intel System Controller Hub US15WPT features the Intel GMA500 graphics engine which utilizes up to 256MB frame buffer. These fanless eBOX embedded systems are built with low-cost and high-power in mind for applications including DSA, car PC, medical healthcare, entry-level gaming, and in-flight infotainment.

Intel N2600 Atom™ Processors are built on 32nm Hi-K process technology and are designed for a two-chip platform as opposed to the traditional three-chip platforms (processor, GMCH, and ICH). The two-chip platform consists of the processor and the Intel NM10 Express Chipset, and enables higher performance, lower cost, easier validation, and improved x-y footprint.

Included in this family of processors is an integrated memory controller (IMC), integrated graphics processing unit (GPU), and integrated I/O on a single silicon die. This single die solution is known as a monolithic processor. Intel's N2600 Atom Processors are 64-bit, dual-core processors providing a 1.6GHz clock speed and a max TDP of 3.5W.
