Axiomtek PICO830 & PICO831 Pico-ITX Embedded Boards are designed to support the newest, ultra low-power, Intel Atom™ dual core processors N2800 1.86 GHz and N2600 1.6 GHz with the Intel NM10 Express chipset. The system memory on PICO830/PICO831 can support either 2 GB or 4 GB of DDR3, depending on the processor.The PICO830 features two unique display interface configurations: DisplayPort and 24bit dual channel LVDS or VGA and 24bit dual channel LVDS. The PICO830 also includes a ready-to-use pin-header for I/O expansion which can help system integrators to develop solutions quick and cost-effectiveness. The PICO831 features an onboard SATA-3Gb/s connector and optional SATA SSD to meet storage requirements with ease. The PICO831 comes with full-size and half-size PCI Express Mini Card slots. Axiomtek PICO830/PICO831 Pico-ITX form factor boards offer an excellent solution for in-vehicle PCs, medical imaging, gaming, in-flight entertainment systems, industrial automation systems, and portable devices.

Intel N2600 Atom™ Processors

Intel N2600 Atom Processors are built on 32nm Hi-K process technology and are designed for a two-chip platform as opposed to the traditional three-chip platforms (processor, GMCH, and ICH). The two-chip platform consists of the processor and the Intel NM10 Express Chipset, and enables higher performance, lower cost, easier validation, and improved x-y footprint.

Included in this family of processors is an integrated memory controller (IMC), integrated graphics processing unit (GPU), and integrated I/O on a single silicon die. This single die solution is known as a monolithic processor. Intel's N2600 Atom Processors are 64-bit, dual-core processors providing a 1.6GHz clock speed and a max TDP of 3.5W.
