Avago MGA-22103 WiMAX Power Amplifier Modules

Avago Technologies MGA-22103 2.5-2.7 GHz WiMAX power amplifier modules are designed for mobile and fixed wireless data WiMAX applications that include WiFi and other cellular radios. The Avago MGA-22103 features an aggressive gain shape that limits the noise injected into radio receivers co-located in the same device, enabling WiMAX to coexist with WiFi, GPS, PCS, and other radios in handsets, tablets, USB dongles, and other portable electronics. This Avago Technologies power amplifier is optimized for IEEE 802.16 WiMAX modulation but can be used for any high linearity applications. The MGA-22103 exhibits flat gain and good match while providing linear power efficiency to meet stringent mask conditions. This device uses proprietary GaAs Enhancement-mode pHEMT technology for superior performance across voltage and temperature levels.
