Avago Technologies Surface Mount PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 LED Indicators have high reliability and performance and are designed to work under a wide range of environmental conditions. This higher reliability makes Avago Technologies Surface Mount PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 LED Indicators suitable for use under harsh environment and conditions like interior automotive, interior electronic signs, and signals. To facilitate easy pick and place assembly, the LEDs are packed in EIA-compliant tape and reel. Every reel will be shipped in single intensity and color bin. These LEDs are compatible with reflow soldering process.

ASMT-UxB5-Nxxxx and ASMT-UWB1-NX302 PLCC-2 LED Indicators

The ASMT-UxB5-Nxxxx and ASMT-UWB1-NX302 SMT LED Indicators are packaged in the industry standard PLCC-2 package. The wide viewing angle at 120° makes these LEDs ideally suited for panel, push button, office equipment, industrial equipment, and home appliances. The flat top emitting surface makes it easy for these LEDs to mate with light pipes. With the built-in reflector pushing up the intensity of the light output, these LEDs are also suitable to be used as LED pixels in interior electronic signs.

ASMT-SxB5-Nxxxx PLCC-4 LED Indicators

Avago Power PLCC-4 is an extension of the PLCC-2 SMT LEDs. Due to the superior package design, ASMT-SxB5-Nxxxx Surface Mount LED Indicators can be driven at a higher current and are able to dissipate heat more efficiently than the conventional PLCC-2 SMT LEDs. This family of LEDs is also able to produce higher light output in proportion to the increase in driving current.
