Analog Devices ADG52xx/54xx High Voltage Latch-Up Switches and Multiplexers are part of Analog Devices new portfolio of Protection Products. These are switches and multiplexers that can be used for over voltage protection, power off protection, high ESD and latch-up proof performance in applications such as automotive, instrumentation, aerospace & defense. As well as being optimized for robustness and protection, they offer high performance in an industry leading small package.

ADG521x/ADG523x Low Leakage, Low Charge Injection Switches 

Analog Devices ADG521x/ADG523x Low Leakage, Low Charge Injection Switches contain two, three or four independent switches in SPST or SPDT configurations. ADG5212 switches turn on with Logic 1. The ADG5213 has two switches with digital control logic similar to that of the ADG5212; however, the logic is inverted on the other two switches. The ADG5233 and ADG5234 exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. The ADG5233 (LFCSP and TSSOP packages) and the ADG5236 (LFCSP package) has an EN input that enables or disables the device. When disabled, all channels switch off. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speeds together with high signal bandwidth make them suitable for video signal switching.

ADG541x/ADG543x High ESD, Low On-Resistance Switches

Analog Devices ADG541x/ADG543x High ESD, Low On-Resistance Switches contain two, three or four independent switches in SPST or SPDT configurations. The ADG5412 switches turn on with Logic 1. The ADG5413 has two switches with digital control logic similar to that of the ADG5412; however, the logic is inverted on the other two switches. The ADG5433 (LFCSP and TSSOP packages) and the ADG5436 (LFCSP package) has an EN input that enables or disables the device. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analog input range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications.

ADG520x Low Leakage, Low Charge Injection Multiplexers

Analog Devices ADG520x Low Leakage, Low Charge Injection Multiplexers are a CMOS analog multiplexer, comprising four single channels or eight single channels and four differential channels respectively. The ADG5204 switches one of four inputs to a common output, D, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines, A0, A1, and EN. Logic 0 on the EN pin disables the device. The ADG5208 switches one of eight inputs to a common output, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines, A0, A1, and A2. The ADG5209 switches one of four differential inputs to a common differential output, as determined by the 2-bit binary address lines, A0 and A1. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. ADG540x High ESD, Low On-Resistance Multiplexers
