Amphenol RF pre-configured cable assemblies are available in a wide range of configurations, lengths, and on a variety of cable types. Cables are available with AMC, AMMC, BNC, MCX, MMCX, SMA, SMB, and other commercially available RF connector series. Fixed length assemblies are for use in a variety of commercial and industrial applications that require standard configurations or lengths.

AMC and AMMC Jumpers

Amphenol Micro Coaxial (AMC) and Amphenol Micro-Miniature Coaxial (AMMC) family includes Right Angle Plug Jumpers designed for use in applications with 50Ω impedance requirements. These ultra-low profile jumpers provide easy snap-on/off mating within a small footprint. AMC Right Angle Plug Jumpers are pre-installed on RG-178, 0.81, 1.13mm. 1.32mm, or 1.37mm coaxial cable and AMMC jumpers are available on industry standard black 0.81 mm and 1.13 mm micro-coaxial cable configurations.

BNC Cable Assemblies

The bayonet coupling style allows for quick connect and disconnect while still offering high reliability. Assemblies are offered for both 50 and 75Ω impedance applications. The 50Ω assemblies will function up to 4 GHz, and the 75Ω assemblies will function up to 3 GHZ. These cable assemblies are often used in broadcast applications with standard lengths from 6 inches all the way up to 100 feet. New metric length configurations are also available.

HD-BNC assemblies feature a 75Ω impedance and are ideal for broadcast applications. Available in HD-BNC to BNC configurations, these assemblies are available with Belden 1694A and Belden 1855A cable. Standard lengths include 6, 12, 18 and 36 inches and metric lengths are also available.

MCX and MMCX Cable Assemblies

MCX and AMMCX assemblies offer a reliable broadband performance from DC to 6 GHz. These 50Ω assemblies incorporate the industry approved MMCX interface with a snap-on/quick disconnect interface. These assemblies are often used in high volume cellular, GPS, and wireless base station applications. MCX and MMCX cable assemblies are dimensioned in inches with standard lengths of 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, and 48 inches.

Type N Cable Assemblies

Type N assemblies offer 50Ω impedance and feature optimal performance up to 11 GHz. Type N connectors are designed to satisfy the need for a durable, weatherproof, medium-size RF connector with consistent performance.

SMA Cable Assemblies

SMA Cable Assemblies are available in in-series and between series configurations. SMA connectors are semi-precision, sub-miniature, high-frequency connectors that offer reliable broadband performance. Amphenol RF offer SMA assemblies using both flexible and semi-rigid (hand conformable) cable types. SMA assemblies on SemiRigid cable are DC to 18 GHz and assemblies using flexible cable perform up to 12.4 GHz, (this varies by cable type), with both cable types offering low reflection and constant 50Ω impedance. SMA connectors feature a thread-on interface that offers high mechanical strength, high durability and low VSWR. These cable assemblies are dimensioned in inches with standard lengths of 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, and 48 inches.

New! The SMA Cable Assemblies include new SMA to AMC Fixed Length Cable Assemblies featuring improved design SMA connectors. The new assemblies allow for significantly thicker panel mounting.

SMP Cable Assemblies

SMP cable assemblies are offered with TFlex 405 flexible cable and 0.085 semi-rigid (hand conformable) cable. Both cable types offer low reflection and constant 50Ω impedance. TNC Cable Assemblies

TNC 50Ω assemblies function up to 11 GHz while the 75Ω assemblies function up to 3 GHz. These assemblies utilize a TNC connector, which are the same physical size as BNC connectors, but feature a threaded coupling mechanism. TNC assemblies are often used in commercial and military antenna applications.

1.0/2.3 Cable Assemblies

1.0/2.3 assemblies are available in plug to plug configurations utilizing RG-59 cable. 75Ω 1.0 /2.3 DIN Coaxial Connectors are ideal for use in high-performance 3Gb/s HD/SDI video applications and are commonly used in the broadcast industry.
