LQP03T_02 Series RF Chip Inductors

The Murata LQP03T_02 Series 0201 High Frequency Film Chip Inductors (SMD Chip Coil) are high frequency film type and offer tight inductance E12 and E24 step values from 0.6nH to 120nH and an ultra small size (EIA 0201, 0.6x0.3x0.3mm). This enables easy impedance matching at both RF and IF circuits within a compact high frequency design. The LQP03T_02 Series offers a wide range of inductors with test frequencies at 500MHz and 300MHz, rated currents from 100mA to 850mA, and High Q value in the high frequency range. The Murata LQP03T_02 Series 0201 High Frequency Film Chip Inductors are ideal for high frequency circuits of mobile phones (PA, ANT, VCO, GSM, CDMA, PDC), Bluetooth, W-LAN, and general high frequency circuits.
