Murata LQM Series Fixed Inductors offer a wide range of current ratings, inductance values, and sizes - all with a magnetically shielded structure and low DC Resistance. LQM inductors feature a multi-layer type ferrite core and provide a current rating up to 1800mA. LQM devices are ideal for use in voltage conversion, choke, resonance circuit, and low-frequency filter circuit applications.
Murata LXMS MAGICSTRAP RFID Modules include UHF and HF devices for a wide range of applications. The UHF RFID modules provide an ideal solution for product traceability when mounted on a printed circuit board. These Murata UHF RFID modules use the board traces as an antenna for the transponder. Once the UHF RFID module is mounted, information can be stored and retrieved on MAGICSTRAP devices using any EPCglobal Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C compatible UHF reader/writer. These LXMS devices are ideal for use in telecom, automotive, and computer applications, as well as other designs in which an onboard RFID transponder is needed. Murata's HF RFID tag is approximately 1/10 the size of a conventional tag. Using multi-layer technology, Murata HF RFID Modules are fully compliant ISO15693 devices that can be adapted to a wide range of objects. These Murata HF modules feature an RF antenna embedded within the device.
Murata EMI Suppression Filters (EMIFIL®) for AC Power Lines eliminate noise entering equipment from commercial power lines or noise generated from electronic equipment. One type of EMI suppression device is a common mode choke. Two types of common mode chokes are available from Murata. Standard type suppresses general common mode noise and high frequency type for suppression of common mode noise above 10MHz.
A hybrid choke coil is a high-performance EMI suppression device that can suppress both common mode noise and differential noise at the same time. It is effective in AC power supplies with active devices for a higher harmonic countermeasure, which tends to emit relatively higher differential mode noise.
Murata SN8000 Wi-Fi Module is a certified 2.4GHz IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi module based on the Broadcom BCM43362 chipset. SN8000 is designed to fit indoor and outdoor sensor and control applications. It integrates Wi-Fi IC, RF front end, temperature compensated crystal (TCXO) and on-board antenna. The module dimensions are 24 x 11.4 x 1.9 mm. SN8000 is enabled with Broadcom WICED SDK software to support low power, low cost microcontroller platforms from STM32 ARM Cortex M3 and M4 families. The SN8000 module is an ideal solution for home automation, industrial control, Smart Energy, medical and healthcare applications with or without cloud services. The 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n Development Kit is also available and features SN8000 Wi-Fi Module STM32F205RF MCU Mini-USD connector supporting USB-JTAG and USB-serial interfaces to STM32 MCU Serial flash (8M bits) for optional OTA feature Test points to SN8000 pins.
Murata XRCHA HCR Hybrid Crystal Resonators are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive use. This HCR is approximately 40% smaller than the industry norm and measures just 2.5 x 2.0mm. The XRC series is available with nominal frequencies in the range of 12-24MHz, and provide a highly accurate high quality clock that is required for automotive electronic control units (ECUs). Typically used for in-vehicle networks, the XRC series incorporates a crystal element within a ceramic resonator package structure. Frequency tolerance is typically ±100pm at 25 degrees C. Operating temperature range is -40 to +125 degrees C. The ESR is 30-50% lower than similar devices available currently on the market in spite of the small package.
Murata Electronics RCE Through Hole MLCC capacitors are intended as a replacement for the RPE series of automotive capacitors.
Murata LXDC55K and LXDC55F Micro DC-DC Converters are the newest
additions to the Murata line of micro dc-dc converters, designed to meet
demands for a smaller footprint, lower EMI noise, and higher energy
savings. LXDC55K can handle a large current of up to 3A while LXDC55F is
for up to 1.5A applications. The output voltage can be set by the user
by simply changing the chip resistance value. Applications include
mobile devices such as smart phones and communications infrastructure
such as mobile phone base stations.
Murata DMT Series Electrical Double-Layer Capacitors are high temperature EDLCs that offer long-term reliability of five years at 70ºC and wide operating temperature range from -30ºC to +85ºC. The DMT Series EDLCs from Murata have 4.2 voltage (constant) and 470mF capacitance, in addition to low ESR (130mΩ), low leakage current, and compact and slim design (21.0mm x 14.0mm x 3.5mm). As the newest addition to Murata's EDLC product line that delivers much higher energy storage and power density than any existing conventional capacitor technology, the highly reliable DMT Series exhibits a long life cycle exceeding 100k cycles.
Murata DNT24 2.4GHz FHSS Transceiver Modules provide a low-cost, versatile solution for wire-less data communications in the 2.4GHz ISM band. The RF output on these DNT24 2.4GHz FHSS Transceiver Modules can be set at 10 or 63mW. These Murata DNT24 2.4GHz FHSS Transceiver Modules include analog, digital and serial I/O, providing the flexibility to serve applications ranging from cable replacements to sensor networks. The DNT24C and DNT24P come with a U.FL coaxial connector and the DNT24CA and DNT24PA have a dielectric chip antenna.
Murata ZPM3570 ZigBee Pro Modules & Development Kit feature the long range, multi-purpose ZPM3570 2.4GHz ZigBee PRO module, a standards-based wireless transceiver designed for Smart Energy and other short range wireless markets that require low power consumption, high transmit power, and high receiver sensitivity. The ZPM3570 provides a 250kb/s RF data rate with +20dBm (100mW) RF power, coupled with a receive sensitivity of -103dBm to provide exceptional range and performance all in an FCC, IC, and ETSI certified module. The ZPM3570 is based upon the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless network specification, includes the ZigBee PRO stack, and is built around Ember's EM357 ZigBee RFIC coupled with a power amplifier and low noise amplifier to increase the RF transmit power and receive sensitivity. The Murata ZPM3570 ZigBee Pro Development Kit provides everything the user needs to get a ZigBee PRO network going in less than 10 minutes, including two development boards providing a simple means to interface to the user's device, utility programs that demonstrate network operation and performance, and documentation to speed integration of the ZPM3570 into the end product.

The Murata WSN802GDK and WSN802GDK-A development kits allow for full demonstration or development of WSN802G transceiver modules. The WSN802G transceiver module is a low cost, robust solution for
802.11g sensor networks. The WSN802GDK includes module, development
board, cables, battery, and antenna. The WSN802GDK-A includes those
contents plus a wireless router. The Murata DNT900DK and DNT2400DK include development board each and provide a simple means to interface to your device and showcase the features of the DNT Series of modules. The DNT900 and DNT2400 FHSS transceiver modules are low-cost, high-power solutions for point-to-I/O-point and point-to-multipoint wireless systems in the 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz ISM bands.
Murata RF SAW Filter for Front-End 868.6MHz Receivers is a low-loss, compact, and economical surface-acoustic-wave (SAW) filter designed to provide front-end selectivity in 868.6MHz receivers. Receiver designs using this filter include superheterodyne with 10.7 MHz or lower intermediate frequencies, plus direct conversion and superregeneratives. Typical applications of the Murata RF SAW FILTER for Front-End 868.6MHZ Receivers are wireless remote-control and security devices operating in Europe under ETSI I-ETS 300 220.
Murata RF SAW Filters for TRC105 Transceiver are optimized for use with the TRC105 transceiver and comply with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, Pb-free. Filters are available with ranges from 303.325MHz to 870.0MHz, input power level of +15dBm, and DC Voltage of ±5V. The Murata RF SAW Filters are ideal for a wide range of wireless communication and data communication applications.
Murata GRM/GCM Series General Purpose Ceramic Capacitors are high dielectric constant type, in a smaller size with a higher
capacitance value. Murata GRM General Purpose Ceramic Capacitors are available from C0G to Z5U temperature coefficients, offer no
polarity, and have a higher resistance of solder-leaching due to the
Ni-barriered termination (applicable for reflow-soldering and
flow-soldering). With high capacitance and capable of operating at high
voltage levels (up to 3.15kV), the highly reliable GRM Series are ideal for use on diode-snubber circuits for
switching power supplies , as primary-secondary coupling for DC-DC
converters, and for use on line filters and ringer detectors for
telephones, facsimiles, and modems. The Murata GCM Series General Purpose Ceramic Capacitors feature excellent pulse responsibility and noise reduction due to the low impedance at high frequency, and are the Murata series of automotive rated capacitors. Now available with new low pF values and additional values within the 1206 case size.
Murata DNT900C FHSS transceiver module provides designers with a low-cost, high-power solution for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless systems in the 900 MHz ISM band. The DNT900C is a surface mount module as opposed to the axial leaded DNT900P. This Murata transceiver module features a
selection of over-the-air data rates and transmit power levels, allowing
one module to work for many products. The DNT900C includes frequency
hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) technology that ensures maximum
resistance to multipath fading and robustness in the presence of
interfering signals. This RF transceiver module offers selectable 1,
10, 100, 250, 500, or 1,000 mW transmit power with a firmware interlock
of 85 mW maximum for 500 kb/s operation. The DNT900C is easy to integrate and provides robust wireless communications up to 40 miles in line-of-sight installations.
Murata TRC105 is a single-chip, multi-channel low-power RFIC transceiver that provides best-in-class benefits such as low current consumption in sleep mode. The receiver current is 3.5mA typical and can be reduced as low as 2.7 mA. This Murata RFIC transceiver also features excellent receiver sensitivity at -112 dBm typical (FSK) and programmable transmit power up to +13 dBm. The Murata TRC105 radio allows the MCU to sleep until data is received that requires processing. This RFIC transceiver enables transmit/receive FIFO to be loaded/unloaded with radio in sleep mode, programmable TX/RX FIFO at 64 byte. The Murata device transmits at a high data rate of 32 kb/s OOK and 200 kb/s FSK to reduce the transmitter on time and save power.
Murata MEMS Sensors product range includes accelerometers, gyroscopes, and inclinometers. Using Murata's 3D MEMS technology, the silicon capacitive sensors are very sensitive to inertial forces, but are insensitive to other environmental variables. The composition of single crystal silicon and glass ensures reliability, accuracy, and stability. Murata MEMS are hermetically sealed in a wafer level process, providing protection from particles and chemicals. The product line includes accelerometers, gyroscopes, and inclinometers.
Murata has expanded the micro DC/DC Converter product line to include the LXDC2UR Series. The LXDC2UR micro DC/DC Converter from Murata offers low EMI noise and a small footprint using an inductor-embedded ferrite substrate. This series also has high efficiency using synchronous rectifier technology and a selectable operating mode (PWM forced or PFM/PWM auto-select). Other features of the LXDC2UR Series include input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, output voltage range from 1.2V to 3.3V, and maximum load current of 600mA.
Murata RDE Series MLCC was designed to provide DC smoothing and acoustic noise reduction in LED lighting applications. The RDE Series MLCC from Murata provides radial leaded insertion production. The RDE series is able to produce further noise reductions beyond that of the GR3 series due to the RDE's leaded parts. Both the RDE and GR3 provide better DC bias and acoustic noise reduction performance than the X7R series. The RDE leaded series is available in 250VDC, 450VDC, or 630VDC ratings with capacitances of 10nF up to a maximum of 2.2µF for the 250VDC part, 1.2µF for the 450VDC part, and 560nF for the 630VDC part.
Murata LXMS33HCNG-134 MAGICSTRAP® Module is a small-sized HF band RFID IC with an embedded antenna. This Murata module complies with the ISO15693 standard and can be used globally with high-performance results, even in small form factor designs. The device also offers 896-bit user memory. This LXMS33 RFID IC comes in an ultra-miniature 3.2 x 3.2 x 0.7mm package that has a robust design that is resistant to high-temperature, high-humidity environmental conditions.
Murata DLW Common Mode Choke Coils are part of the EMI suppression filter product line. The DLW Common Mode Choke Coils from Murata offer wound, low-profile construction in multiple case sizes and ultra-high self resonance frequency that enables high cut-off frequency for high-speed differential lines. The DLW Series also offers large current (7A max.) suitable for an input connector from an AC adaptor.
Murata has expanded the micro DC/DC Converter product line to include the LXDC3EP Series. The LXDC3EP Series micro DC/DC Converter from Murata is a step-down DC/DC converter that has a small footprint using an inductor-embedded ferrite substrate. This series has low EMI noise and high efficiency using synchronous rectifier technology and a PFM/PWM auto-select function. Other LXDC3EP series features include input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V, output voltage range from 1.0V to 3.3V, and maximum load current of 1A.
Murata GRM Series High-Voltage Monolithic Chip Ceramic Capacitors offer voltage range from 250V to 3.15kV. The GRM series capacitors from Murata have a new monolithic structure for small, high capacitance capable of operating at high voltage levels and Sn-plated external electrodes that provide good solderability. The GRM series permits flow or reflow soldering, and other types with
reflow soldering only. Murata's GRM series high-voltage ceramic capacitors are ideal for use on diode-snubber circuits
for switching power supplies, as primary-secondary coupling for DC-DC
converters, and for use on line filters and ringer detectors for
telephones, facsimiles, and modems.
Murata EMIFIL® (Inductor type) BLM15 Series Chip Ferrite Beads are part
of Murata's noise suppression product line. These chip ferrite beads
have simple structures and have been downsized into a smaller,
easy-to-use component capable of addressing noise suppression in small
portable devices such as mobile phones, mobile audio players, and
portable game consoles, which have become smaller and operate at
increasingly higher frequency. The BLM15BX series operates at
higher frequencies and is used in high-speed signal lines. The BLM15PX
is used in power supplies.
RFM DR-WLS1273L-102 FCC/IC+CE Module provides 2.4 and 5.8 GHz WLANs plus Bluetooth functionality in a small, FCC/IC certified module. RFM DR-WLS1273L-102 Module is based on the TI WL1273L SOC. It features optimized RF performance, including a high-efficiency RF front end circuit, a stable 38.4 MHz internal reference clock, and U.FL coaxial RF connectors. An integrated DC-DC converter allows the module to operate from a single input voltage. DR-WLS1273L-102 is designed to fit into small spaces and requires a minimum of external components to operate. Software drivers are available for Linux, Android, and WinCE operating systems.
Murata Electronics DE6 Series Capacitors are IEC60384-14 Class X1/Y2 certified products for automobile systems, including power trains and safety equipment. The DE6 Series X1/Y2 Capacitors from Murata satisfy UL/ENEC (VDE) safety standards and offer capacitance range from 100pF to 4,700pF and AC 300V rated voltage. These capacitors also excel in temperature cycle resistance, guaranteeing 1000 cycles of a temperature cycle from -55ºC to 125ºC. DE6 series caps are used primarily for the AC line filters and primary
and secondary connections of the chargers on board plug-in hybrid
vehicles (PHEVs) and electric vehicles (EVs).
Murata is proud to introduce the high-performance DMF Electrical Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC) that
delivers high capacitance and low ESR in a small, slim package. The DMF
EDLCs from Murata measure 2.5mm and 3.2mm in thickness, with
capacitance of 330mF and 470mF and maximum working voltage of 5.5V. This
supercapacitor offers 40 - 60mOhms ESR and stable temperature
characteristics, enabling it to be charged and discharged frequently
over the operating range of -30ºC to +70ºC. The DMF EDLC has the highest
power density levels available in the industry, making it ideal for use
as an auxiliary power source in LED flash units, digital cameras, and
cell phones. Combining the DMF capacitor with
various power devices provides a life cycle of 100,000
cycles or more
and enables it to be used as a maintenance-free power
Murata's GR3 Series MLCC was designed to provide DC smoothing and acoustic noise reduction in LED lighting applications. The GR3 MLCC from Murata is for reflow soldering, and when compared to standard ceramic capacitors, the GR3 series capacitor showed a 10dB reduction in acoustic noise. The GR3 is available in 250, 450, or 630 VDC with a capacitance range of 10nF to 1,000nF for 250VDC, to 560nF for 450VDC, and 270nF for 630VDC. Package sizes available for the GR3 series are 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812, and 2220.
Murata SWG Series RF Switch Connectors are designed to enable
reliable testing of RF circuits from the development
stage to final production and save PCB space in portable/handheld
consumer electronics applications. Murata's beam spring and double
contact mechanism inside the RF Switch Connectors ensure reliable
contact and high durability with a lifetime of more than 100 mating
cycles. SWG Series RF Switch Connectors provide excellent high frequency
characteristics up to 11GHz with low insertion loss of 01.dB max. to
3GHz, and 1.5 maximum VSWR (voltage standing wave ratio). Featuring a
small RF footprint of 2.0 x 2.0 x 0.9mm (L x W x H), the Murata
SWG Series RF Switch Connectors are well-suited for cellular
phone/smartphone, WLAN/WiMax/UWB, bluetooth/zigbee, cordless phone,
