MPS MP6400 Supervisory Circuit

MPS MP6400 Supervisory Circuit is a microprocessor that monitors and provides reset function for system voltages from 0.4V. Two versions are available: reset voltage is either factory-set or user-adjustable. MP6400 features a very low quiescent current of 1.6µA, making it ideally suited for battery-powered applications.

MPS HFC0300 Variable Off Time Controller

Monolithic Power Systems HFC0300 Variable Off Time Controller uses a fixed-peak-current technique to decrease its frequency as the load lightens. As a result, the HFC0300 Variable Off Time Controller offers excellent efficiency at light-load while optimizing the efficiency under other load conditions. When the frequency decreases to threshold, the peak current decreases to prevent mechanical resonance in the transformer. MPS' HFC0300 Variable Off Time Controller enters burst mode when the output power falls below a given level. Features for the Monolithic Power Systems HFC0300 Variable Off Time Controller includes various protections such as thermal shutdown, VCC under-voltage lockout, overload protection, short-circuit protection, and over-voltage protection.

MPS MP4021 Primary Side Control Offline LED Controller

Monolithic Power Systems MP4021 Primary Side Control Offline LED Controller is an off-line LED lighting controller that achieves high power factor and accurate LED current for single-power stage, isolated lighting applications. The proprietary real current control method of the MP4021 Primary Side Offline LED Controller accurately controls the LED current from the primary side, and therefore significantly simplifies the LED lighting system design by eliminating the secondary side feedback components and the optocoupler. The Monolithic Power Systems MP4021 Primary Side Control Offline LED Controller integrates power factor correction and works in boundary conduction mode to reduce the MOSFET switching losses. Applications include solid state, industrial, commercial and residential lighting.

MPS MP8620 Fully Integrated Synchronous Step-Down Converter

Monolithic Power Systems MP8620 Fully Integrated Synchronous Step-Down Converter is a fully integrated step-down converter with internal power MOSFETs. The MP8620 Fully Integrated Synchronous Step-Down Converter achieves 25A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. Monolithic Power Systems' MP8620 can be configured and optimized as a single phase or a multi-phase solution to support high current (50A-100A) applications. This provides the flexibility and at the same time meets the efficiency requirement with less components. MP8620 operates reliably even with low duty cycle and noisy environment. Fault condition protection include cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown, output short-circuit, output under voltage and output over voltage protection. The Monolithic Power Systems MP8620 is suitable for a wide range of space-constraint applications, including point of load regulation for FPGAs, ASICs, DDR memory power, and power systems for networking and data centers.

Monolithic Power Systems MP2825x Synchronous Step-Down Converter is a fully-integrated, high-efficiency, synchronous, step-down, switch mode converter. The MP2825x High Efficiency, Fast Transient, Synchronous Step-Down Converter offers a very compact solution that can achieve up to 4A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation, and can operate at high efficiency over a wide output-current load range.
