Mill-Max Spring Loaded Connector

The spring loaded connector from Mill-Max is a precision-machined gold-plated component with a low-resistance spring to maintain a consistent electrical path for maximum continuity. Tested to a minimum of 50G shock and 10G vibration with no spikes >1µs and >1.15V with 0.5A applied. Maximum endurance is one million electrically silent cycles. The strip assemblies have .100" mounting grid, with low- and high-profile surface mount styles available from .137" to .430" on carrier tape or thru-hole style for manual placement. Mill-Max offers a choice of 31 discrete spring-loaded contacts available for customer-specific assemblies; other sizes are available for specific individual applications.
