Maxim DS3920 Fast Current Mirror

Maxim DS3911 Fast Current Mirror is a Quad, nonvolatile (NV) controller that uses an I2C-compatible interface operating at speeds of up to 400kHz. The controller features an on-chip temperature sensor which indexes the NV look-up tables (LUTs) within a -40ºC to +100ºC temperature range and with a resolution of up to 2ºC. The DS3911 DAC from Maxim is offered in a 3mm x 5mm, 14-pin TDFN package.
