Magnecraft Power Relays
Magnecraft Power Relays are designed with heavy-duty contacts coupled with a specialized magnetic
armature and coil. They are ideal for use in high power applications. Product families include the 199 Series open type, heavy duty Power Relays with high-capacity switching and high
dielectric strength. Also featured are the 300 Series, which meets international requirements with 2mm contact gaps and 8mm creepage and clearance; and the 389 Series, with a broad range of available contact ratings and a variety of panel, DIN and socket
mount options and accessories. With a single keystroke, engineers
can download 3D CAD models by simply selecting the part number to view the
detail page and then selecting the 3D CAD model from the Documents tab.
Magnecraft Plug-In Relays
Magnecraft offers a complete range
of Plug-In Relays & Latching Relays. They include the 700 Series ice cube
relays, offering a wide range of contact configurations, contact ratings (3
to20 A) and cover options. Also included is the Magnecraft 788 Series Plug-In
Relays which can handle loads up to 16 A and offers
a variety of mounting options. Magnecraft's energy-saving magnetic latching relays require no power to maintain contact closure. They include: the 755 Series with an octal base, the 785 Series with a
square base and the 303 Series using 0.25 in. quick-connect terminals. With a single keystroke, engineers can
download 3D CAD models by simply selecting the part number to view the detail
page and then selecting the 3D CAD model from the Documents tab.
Magnecraft Solid State Relays
Magnecraft Solid State Relays (SSRs) are ideal for use in applications that require high
duty cycles, no moving parts, silent operation and high reliability. Product families include the 6000 Series with classic "hockey puck" styling featuring a finger-safe cover and LED status
indicator. The optically coupled circuit isolates the input from the output to give pure
solid state performance. Also featured is the Magnecraft 70S2 Series, miniature SSR's designed for medium power loads. Available in a combination of screw, fast-on or PCB terminals, the compact package is ideal for designs
where space is limited. With a single keystroke, engineers can download 3D CAD models by simply selecting the part number to view the detail page and then selecting the 3D CAD model from the Documents tab.
Magnecraft 750H Relays
Magnecraft 750H Relays can handle loads of 3 - 12 A. They are Class I, Division II certified for use in hazardous locations. They are hermetically sealed and feature gold flash contacts. The 750H Series Relays from Magnecraft are UL Certified for the US and Canada. Optional accessories may include relay mounting adapters (DIN or flange), socket modules, hold-down clips, coil bus jumpers and identification tags. 3D CAD modeling files are available. With a single keystroke, engineers can download 3D CAD models by simply selecting the part number to view the detail page and then selecting the 3D CAD model from the Documents tab.
Magnecraft 300 Series Power Relays
Magnecraft 300 Series Power Relays meet international requirements with 2mm contact gaps and 8mm creepage and clearance. They feature wide spacing between stationary terminals for fully booted Q.C. terminals. The 300 Series Relays from Magnecraft are UL Certified for the US and Canada. 3D CAD modeling files are available. With a single keystroke, engineers can download 3D CAD models by simply selecting the part number to view the detail page and then selecting the 3D CAD model from the Documents tab.
Magnecraft - Industry First - 861H Series SSR for Hazardous Locations
Magnecraft introduces the industry's first 861H Series SSR for hazardous locations. The revolutionary, intrinsically safe, patent-pending 861H incorporates an integrated heat sink and sealing technology to achieve the Class 1, Division 2 rating for Underwriters Laboratories® for approved use in Groups A, B, C, and D hazardous locations. Magnecraft's slim line relay is an industry first for size, function, and performance to be granted Class 1, Division 2 certification. The 861H features current switching up to 15 amps DC and 10 amps AC and comes complete with an internal factory-tested heat sink, eliminating the need to compute complex thermal calculations. The 17.5mm wide solid state relay mounts on DIN rails and panels to provide installation flexibility and save valuable real estate.
Magnecraft 725 Series Power Relays
The Magnecraft 725 Series Power Relays are available as plug-in socket mount with full-feature cover and panel/DIN Mount with either quick connect terminals or screw terminals, and in either SPST-NO or DPST-NO. The voltage range of the Magnecraft 725 Series is 6 - 240 VAC 50/60Hz, 6 - 11/125 VDC with a thermal carrying current of 25A or 30A.
