Luminus Devices SBT-70 Big Chip Round LEDs are the perfect solution for applications defined by a circular aperture. With a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.64ºC/W, these LEDs have the lowest thermal resistance of any LED on the market. This allows the LED to be driven at higher current densities while maintaining a low junction temperature, thereby resulting in brighter solutions and longer lifetimes.
