Littelfuse SPHV & SPHV-C Series are TVS Diodes designed to protect
sensitive electronic equipment against ESD and lightning-induced surge
currents. SPHV (unidirectional) and SPHV-C (bidirectional) replace
0402-sized MLVs in automotive, LED, and instrumentation applications.
These TVS diodes from Littelfuse absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the
maximum level of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±
8kV contact discharge), as well as dissipate up to 8A of induced surge

LSP05 and LSP10 SPD Modules are self-protected devices that can be used in outdoor and commercial LED lighting fixtures for transient overvoltage protection. LSP10 can provide up to 20kA protection module maximum lighting surge current and LSP05 provides up to 10kA. Littelfuse PICO® 305 Series offers a range of encapsulated fuses
approved under the UL913 standard for Intrinsically Safe Electrical
Equipment to operate in hazardous locations. The 305 Series Fuse is
ideal for use in the oil, gas, mining, chemical, pharmaceutical,
food/beverage processing industries; it was designed to limit the energy
and heat generated during its operation. The fuse design and its
encapsulation are suitable for use in intrinsically safe apparatus and
associated apparatus for voltages not exceeding 277V.

The MG06400D-BN1MM features high short circuit capability, ultra low loss, high ruggedness, and is positive temperature coefficient. Littelfuse SE series GDT offers high surge ratings in a miniature
package. It’s designed for surface mounting on PCB with a small size
of 3.2x1.6x1.6mm. Low insertion loss is perfectly suited to broadband
equipment applications. The capacitance does not vary with voltage, and
will not cause operational problems with ADSL2+, where capacitance
variation across Tip and Ring is undesirable. These devices are
extremely robust and are able to divert a 500A-600A pulse in a miniature
package 1206 without destruction.
