Littelfuse SP406x TVS Diode Array SPA™ for Lightning Protection

The Littelfuse SP406x Series integrates low capacitance diodes with an additional zener diode to protect each I/O pin against ESD and high surge events. The robust SP406x devices can safely absorb up to 20A per IEC61000-4-5 (tp=8/20µs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC61000-4-2 International Standard. Their low loading capacitance also makes them ideal for protecting high speed signal pins such as 1Gb Ethernet.

Littelfuse SP3003 TVS Diode Array SPA™ for ESD

The Littelfuse SP3003 Series features ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes with an additional zener diode designed to protect each I/O pin and provide a high level of protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The SP3003 TVS Diode Arrays can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. Offered in 2-, 4-, and an 8-channel version that integrates 8 channels of ESD protection into one package, this series provides a typical ultra-low capacitance of 0.65pF, up to 8kV ESD protection for each I/O pin, and a reverse standoff voltage of 6V. The very low loading capacitance makes the SP3003 TVS Diode Arrays ideal for protecting high speed signal pins such as HDMI, DVI, USB2.0, and IEEE 1394.

Littelfuse SPFJ Series Solar Fuses

The Littelfuse SPFJ Series Solar Fuses are part of the POWR-GARD portfolio and are the smallest 1000VDC 125-450A photovoltaic fuses available on the market. The SPFJ series is manufactured in Class J case sizes that allows for both fuseholder and busbar mounting configuration thereby reducing the panel size. The SPFJ Series meet both UL and IEC photovoltaic standards and offers full-range PV time-current characteristics. requirements. The Littelfuse SPFJ Series Solar Fuses are ideal for inverters and re-combiner boxes. Littelfuse LFJ 1000VDC Solar Series Fuseholders are also available.

Littelfuse 804 Series Subminiature Fuses

The Littelfuse 804 Series Subminiature Fuses are a TE UMF (Universal Modular Fuse), TT Time-lag type fuse designed for overcurrent protection. The 250V rated fuses are designed in accordance to IEC 60127-4, require reduced PCB space with a 7.5mm pitch, are RoHS compliant, and lead- and halogen-free. Directly solderable or plug-in, the Littelfuse 804 Series Subminiature Fuses offer low internal and vibration resistance as well as excellent interrupting capacity and inrush current protection within a shock-safe casing. Ideal for battery chargers, consumer electronics, power supplies, and industrial controllers.

Littelfuse 506 Series Fast Acting, High Voltage Cartridge Fuses

The Littelfuse 506 Series includes ceramic Fast Acting, High Voltage Cartridge Fuses designed to protect high power DC applications. With a 10KA @ 600VDC interrupt rating and compact 6.3x32mm package, the 506 Series Fuses provide robust circuit protection in a smaller package, and can be used as an alternative to existing high power DC midget fuses. The high interrupt capacity and fast response of 3600 seconds minimum and 120 seconds maximum ensures the 506 Series Fuses will open safely to protect equipment under very high fault current conditions. RoHS compliant and lead-free, the 506 Series Fuses are cURus recognized by Underwriters Laboratories Standard UL 248-14. Available in ampere ratings from 15A to 20A, the Littelfuse 506 Series Fast Acting, High Voltage Cartridge Fuses are well-suited for high energy, power efficient applications such as solar energy.

Littelfuse SPFR Series Solar Fuses

The Littelfuse SPFR Series Solar Fuses are the newest additions to the POWR-GARD's portfolio, and are designed to provide full range protection for PV applications as solar industry standards and regulations demand higher amperage and voltage requirements. The Littelfuse SPFR Series Solar Fuses feature standardized case size, which meets UL Class H Dimensions, 1000 DC voltage rating to meet European system and North American utility scale requirements, and an interrupting rating of 10,000 A at 1ms Time Constant. Available with 250, 300, 350, and 400 amp ratings. In addition, Littelfuse offers the SPFRHD Series 1000 VDC Solar Fuseholder,which accepts the SPFR Series Fuse. Both fuse and fuseholder are UL-Recognized to 1000 V. Applications include solar inverters and high amperage combiner boxes.

Littelfuse FBMOV Varistor Series

The Littelfuse FBMOV Varistor Series is a line of thermally protected and non-fragmenting varistors that offer quick response and lower inductance than most discreet solutions resulting in improved clamping performance to fast overvoltage transients. Littelfuse constructed the FBMOV varistors using 40kA varistor building block (MOV) with an integral thermally activated element designed to open in the event of overheating due to abnormal overvoltage, limited current conditions. The FBMOV Series devices feature a varistor series fuse that prevents the part from rupturing when subjected to high fault current (up to 200kA) and an indicator lead that can be connected to monitoring circuitry and used to signal if the MOV has been disconnected. The FBMOV Varistors are RoHs compliant and meet UL 1449 Short Circuit Current Rating Test Section 39.2, UL 1449 Intermediate Current Test Section 39.3, and UL 1449 Limited Current Abnormal Over Voltage Test Section 39.4. The Littelfuse FBMOV Varistor Series is ideally suited for Type 1 SPD (Surge Protection Device) products, power supplies, transformers, residential service panels, power distribution, telecommunication applications, and IT/Data centers.

Littelfuse 215SP Series 5x20mm Time-Lag Axial Lead Fuses

The Littelfuse 215SP Series 5x20mm Time-Lag Axial Lead Fuses are surge withstand ceramic body cartridge fuses with pigtails designed to IEC standards for global use. The new thru-hole pigtail fuses allow a more compact footprint in the 5mm x 20mm size. The 215SP Series meets IEC 60127-2, Sheet 5 specification for Time-Lag Fuses, as well as UL, VDE, CCC, and RoHS compliance. The Pb-free Littelfuse 215SP Series Axial Lead Fuses feature high breaking capacity and are used as supplementary protection in appliance or utilization equipment to provide individual protection for components or internal circuits. The Littelfuse 215SP Series has the same circuit interrupting capacity (1500A at 250VAC) and electrical characteristics as the existing 215 series traditional pigtail fuses.

Littelfuse Pxxx1DF-1 / Pxxx1DF-1E SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse Pxxx1DF-1 and Pxxx1DF-1E SIDACtor® Protection Thyristors are MS-012 packaged fixed voltage single port series devices designed to protect sensitive SLICs (Subscriber Line Interface Circuits) from damaging overvoltage transients. Littelfuse PxxxDF-1E thyristors are enhanced devices that feature integrated fast switching diodes for positive voltage surges. Both the Pxxx1DF-1 and PxxxDF-1E series provide single port protection using a fixed voltage switching device for negative surges. Positive surges are routed through enhanced switching diodes to a ground reference. These Littelfuse thyristors are pin-to-pin compatible to industry standard programmable SO-8 SLIC protectors.

The Littelfuse SP3011 USB 3.0 TVS Diode Array SPA™ (Silicon Protection Array) for ESD integrates 6 channels of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an additional zener diode to provide protection for USB 3.0 ports against ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. It's extremely low loading capacitance makes it ideal for protecting any high-speed signal pins.

Littelfuse 508 Series Lead-Free 3AB Fuses

Littelfuse 508 Series Lead-Free 3AB Fuses are ceramic fuses rated up to 1000Vac/Vdc with outstanding circuit interrupting capability in a compact 6.3mm x 32mm package. 508 Series Lead-Free 3AB Fuses are available in cartridge and axial lead versions with an interrupting capability of 10kA at 1000AC/DC or 10kA at 600AC/DC. RoHS and UL 248-14 compliant, Littelfuse 508 Series Lead-Free 3AB Fuses are ideal for multimeter/multitester equipment and various instrumentation requiring high-energy protection.

Littelfuse NANO² HF 160 Series Fuse and Clip Assembly

The Littelfuse NANO² HF 160 Series Fuse and Clip Assembly consists of a metal fuse clip with a pre-installed Littelfuse 443 Series fuse. This 160 Series fuse and clip combination can be automatically installed in PC boards in one efficient manufacturing operation. The Littelfuse 160 Series permits quick and easy fuse replacement without exposing the PC boards and other components to risks of rework solder heat as required with direct surface mount fuses. This Littelfuse Fuse and Clip Assembly is available in 0.5A to 5A ampere ratings and is designed for use in a variety of applications, including AC/DC power adapters, telecom equipment system power, lighting systems, and more.

Littelfuse SM7 Series Surface Mount Varistors

The Littelfuse SM7 Series surface-mount metal oxide varistor (MOV) transient voltage surge suppressor is designed to be operated continuously across AC power lines. Littelfuse SM7 Series surface mount varistors comprise a Nylon molded package with tin plated lead frame for soldering to board. Littelfuse SM7 devices are based on a radial 7mm internal varistor element with similar characteristics to the Littelfuse LA / ZA series of varistor.

Littelfuse SM20 Series Surface Mount Varistors

Littelfuse SM20 Series surface mount varistors are designed for use in applications requiring high-energy / transient current capability. The SM20 Series includes AC rated parts designed to operate continuously across AC power lines. The DC rated parts are suitable for automotive applications. This Littelfuse series comprises a Nylon molded package with folded tin plated metal leads for soldering to board. Littelfuse SM20 Series surface mount varistors are based on a radial 20mm internal varistor element with similar characteristics to the Littelfuse LA / ZA series of varistors. SM20 Series devices feature a DC Voltage Rating of 26VDC and an AC Voltage Rating of 175 - 320AC as well as no de-rating up to 85ºC ambient.

Littelfuse 469 Series 1206 Slo-Blo® Fuses

Littelfuse 469 Series 1206 Slo-Blo® Fuses are a 100% Lead-free, RoHS compliant, and Halogen-free fuse series designed specifically to provide over-current protection to circuits that operate under high working ambient temperatures up to 150ºC. The general design of the Littelfuse 469 Series ensures excellent temperature stability and performance reliability. The high I²t values of this Slo-Blo fuse series ensure high inrush current withstand capability. Littelfuse 469 Series fuses are suitable for both leaded and lead-free reflow/wave soldering and are ideal for automotive electronics, LCD displays, servers, printers, scanners, and more.

Littelfuse 441 Series 0603 I²t Fuses

Littelfuse 441 Series 0603 I²t Fuses are surface mount devices for circuits requiring high working ambient temperatures and high inrush currents. The Littelfuse 441 Series features fast response characteristics and high operating temperature capability up to 150ºC, keeping the DC circuit well-protected when over-current occurs - even at ultra-high temperature conditions. 441 Series fuses have the highest inrush current withstand (I²t) ratings up to 2.6A²S (6A current rating) for eliminating nuisance fuse open during momentary overload conditions. This Littelfuse series is excellent with electrical stability and reliability.

Littelfuse SPLV2.8 / SPLV2.8-4 SPA™ Arrays

The Littelfuse SPLV2.8 and SPLV2.8-4 TVS arrays are the newest additions to the SPA™ portfolio and are designed to protect sensitive Ethernet PHYs from lightning-induced transients and ESD. These Littelfuse single- (SPLV2.8) and four-channel (SPLV2.8-4) diode-compensated TVS arrays present a low loading capacitance of 3.8pF to minimize signal degradation while providing up to 24A of lightning or surge protection. Both devices exceed the maximum level (±8kV) of the IEC61000-4-2 ESD standard by protecting up to ±30kV (contact discharge). The SPLV2.8 and SPLV2.8-4 are particularly suitable for primary or secondary protection in 10/100/1000 Ethernet applications where lightning-induced transients are the main threat.

Littelfuse SP1005 Silicon Protection Array devices (30pF @ 0V) offer up to ±30kV ESD protection and 10A (tp=8/20µs) of surge protection with only 0.7Ω of dynamic resistance, providing best-in-class clamping performance. Littelfuse SP1007 Silicon Protection Array devices (3.5pF @ 2.5V) can withstand up to ±8kV ESD, which protects up to the maximum level of the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. Littelfuse PLED Open LED Protectors

Littelfuse PLED Series Open LED Protectors provide a switching electronic shunt path when an LED in an LED array fails as an open circuit, ensuring that the entire array of LEDs will continue to function even if a single LED in the array doesn't. PLED Series Open LED Protectors provide higher reliability lighting functions in applications such as headlights, aircraft, aircraft runway lighting, roadside warning lights, and more. These Littelfuse LED protection devices are compatible with 1, 2, and 3W LEDs that have a nominal 3V forward characteristic and also provide protection in the case of accidental reverse battery or power connection. Littelfuse 0201 MLA Series Multilayer Varistors

Littelfuse 0201 MLA Series Multi-Layer Varistors (MLVs) protect small electronic products from ESD and electrically fast transients (EFTs). 0201 MLA Series MLVs come in an ultra-compact 0201 size, the smallest form factor available for MLV devices. The Littelfuse 0201 MLA Series provides low leakage (<25µA) and features low capacitance (33pF) for high data rates. The Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed for newer electronic devices that require a more robust solution to damage from ESD, EFT, and lightning induced transients. The Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ devices offer the lowest dynamic resistance during an ESD or any EOS (electrical over stress) event which reduces clamping voltage levels far below that of competing technologies such as MLV, MOV, and polymer.
