Littelfuse Thermally Protected Varistors Series: TMOV34S
The Littelfuse Thermally Protected Varistors Series TMOV34S represent a new development in circuit protection. It consists of a 33mm square MOV which offers high surge capability (40kA) together with an integrated thermally activated element designed to open in the event of overheating. The Varistor has a third indicator lead which may be used to indicate that the MOV has been disconnected from the circuit. This third lead facilitates connection to monitoring circuitry. The Littelfuse Thermally Protected Varistors Series TMOV23S provide quick thermal response due to the proximity of the thermal element to the MOV body. The integrated configuration also offers lower inductance for improved clamping performance to fast over voltage transients.
Littelfuse PulseGuard® ESD Suppressor
The Littelfuse PulseGuard® ESD Suppressor is composed of ESD suppressing polymer composite that adds virtually no capacitance to the circuit. The suppressor has a 0402 small form factor and low capacitance in the range of 0.07pF to protect signal integrity when high speed data is being transferred. The low trigger voltage at 150V and the low clamp voltage at 40V effectively protect the device from damage. The Littelfuse PulseGuard ESD Suppressor is ideal for consumer electronics with high frequency data input and output and any application with high data rate connectivity.
Littelfuse Slo-Blo Pigtail Fuse Series: 875 & 877
The Littelfuse´s compact Slo-Blo Single Pigtail Fuse, Series 875 and 877, features an axial lead in a ceramic body. These are the first 3.6 x 10mm Single Pigtail Fuses on the market. Littelfuse´s series 875 and 877 fuses offer a more compact footprint by doing away with conventional over-capping while achieving higher I2T values. Lead-free and RoHS compliant, both series have UL approval and are typically used within power supply and adaptor applications.
Littelfuse High Surge Current SIDACtor® Device
The Littelfuse High Surge Current SIDACtor® Device is a
solid-state protection device with D-surge rating that protects
telecommunications equipment in hostile environments. Withstanding the
simultaneous surges outline in GR 1089 lightning tests, this SIDACtor®
device enables equipment to comply with various regulatory requirements
including GR 1089, ITU K.20, K.21, and K.45, IEC 60950, UL 60950, and
TIA-968-A (formerly known as FCC Part 68).
Littelfuse POLYFUSE® Resettable PTC
The Littelfuse POLYFUSE® 0805L series is a RoHS and lead-free compliant resettable PTC.
Features include hold current of 0.10-1.00A, maximum voltage of 15V,
maximum fault current of 40A, and operating temperature range of -40°C
to +85°C. Typical applications include USB peripherals, disk drives,
CD-ROMs, PDAs, digital cameras, part protection for game consoles and
mobile phone batteries, as well as plug-and-play protection for
motherboards and peripherals.
