Littelfuse 328 Series High Surge Withstanding Fuses are 300VAC-rated, 10kA surge withstanding, 6.3x32mm ceramic fuses. They are designed in accordance to UL248-14 Standard and are available in cartridge and axial-lead package options. These fuses are ideal for applications such as commercial and outdoor LED luminaries, and outdoor electronics and electric equipment.

Littelfuse SRDA05 TVS Diode Arrays are designed to protect telecommunications data lines against ESD and high surge events, providing a 20% higher power and surge handling capability than competing devices. These devices can safely absorb up to 30A of lightning induced surge current (tp=8/20μs) without performance degradation and can withstand a minimum of ±30kV ESD per the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. With just 8pF of capacitance (typical) from each I/O to ground, these Littelfusedevices help to maintain signal integrity, preventing data loss during transmission. Typical applications for these Littlefuse TVS diodes arrays include tertiary (IC side) protection for telecommunication interfaces such as T1/E1/T3/E3 data lines, xDSL interfaces, RS-232/RS-485 interfaces, 10/100/1000 Ethernet interfaces, and video lines. These devices are also suitable for industrial and medical equipment applications.
Littelfuse Thyristor Quadracs are internally triggered Triacs designed for AC switching and phase control applications. The Quadrac is a Triac and DIAC in a single package, which eliminates the need for separate Triac and DIAC components. The Littelfuse Thyristor Quadracs are specifically designed for the low load current characteristics typical in LED lighting applications. These Quadracs are specified to perform best with LED loads by keeping holding current at 8mA maximum. The 8mA maximum holding current provides full control of light output at the extreme low end of load conditions with a minimum probability of flickering. Offering di/dt performance of 70A/µs, the Thyristor Quadracs enable survivability of typical LED load operating characteristics. Littelfuse offers the Thyristor Quadracs in the industry standard TO-220AB package with an isolated mounting tab that makes it best suited for adding an external heat sink. The 110°C rated junction temperature improves margin of safe operation with fewer heat sinking requirements. Littelfuse POWRGARD LFPHV Fuse Holders are not designed for load break but are ideal for isolating photovoltaic module strings for maintenance and meets UL requirements for 1000V solar fuse protection.
Littelfuse SPFI Series 1000VDC In-Line Solar Fuse is a 3.5 amp fuse designed for integration into solar cables for protection of solar strings connecting combiner boxes and panels. The SPFI is listed to UL2579 and meets the electrical performance requirements of IEC 60269-6. The Littelfuse SPFI Series is less than 44mm in length and 10.3mm in diameter and can be electrically insulated by either overmolding or using approved heat-shrink into electrical cable for 1000VDC solar installations.
Littelfuse's SP1005 and SP1007 Series have been expanded to include SP1005-01ETG and SP1007-01ETG in the compact SOD882 package. Silicon Protection Array devices (30pF @ 0V) offer up to ±30kV ESD

Littelfuse SP1007 Silicon Protection Array devices (3.5pF @ 2.5V) can

Underwriters Laboratories standard UL 1449 has become the primary safety standard for surge protective devices (SPDs). It describes the materials and installation requirements for SPDs used for the protection of AC electrical circuits. The standard has been revised twice in the past few years. A major safety testing initiative (UL 1449 2nd edition) became effective February 2007, and additional administrative and methodology changes (UL 1449 3rd edition) became effective in September 2009. The 3rd edition also includes new independent performance testing requirements.
UL 1449 3rd edition completely supersedes preceding editions. From September 2009 on, all equipment brought onto the market must satisfy these new requirements in order to qualify for the UL label. Practically all North American surge standards now revolve around 3rd edition, and are now purposely aligned with other standards, including UL 1283, 2008 National Electrical Code™ Article 285, NEMA LS-1, ANSI/IEEE C62 documents and others.
Littelfuse's SR70 Series TVS Diode Array features of four, low capacitance, rail-to-rail diodes designed to provide protection against ESD and lightning surge events. These robust diodes can safely absorb up to 40A (tP=8/20μs) and repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level (Level 4) specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. In addition, the device offers excellent clamping performance via extremely low dynamic resistance of 0.35ohms. Littelfuse SP3012-06UTG TVS Diode Array (SPA™ Family of Products)
offers market leading clamping performance with a very low dynamic
resistance of 0.4Ω to provide superior ESD protection for high-speed
ports, such as HDMI1.3/1.4, USB2.0, USB3.0, eSATA and Ethernet.
SP3012-06UTG integrates 6 channels of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail
diodes and an additional zener diode in a small form µDFN package (3.5x
1.35 x 0.5mm). The optimized μDFN-14 package enables straight-through
routing to simplify PCB designs. This robust device can safely absorb
repetitive ESD strikes at ±12kV (contact discharge), 25kV (air
discharge) per IEC61000-4-2 and above the maximum level specified in the
IEC61000-4-2 international standard (±8kV contact discharge) without

include the PLED6M Series. PLED6M is a electronic shunt for open LEDs

Littelfuse PLED Series Open LED Protectors provide a switching electronic shunt path when an LED in an LED array fails as an open circuit, ensuring that the entire array of LEDs will continue to function even if a single LED in the array doesn't.
