The device can safely absorb 30A per IEC61000-4-5 (tp=8/20μs) without performance degradation and can withstand a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC61000-4-2 international standard. The SP402X Series low capacitance of 2.5pF, low leakage current, and small SOD323 package make it ideal for protecting telecommunication ports such as Ethernet and other high speed data interfaces. Littelfuse SDP Biased Series SIDACtor® Protection Thyristor is designed to offer
overvoltage protection for applications such as VDSL2, ADSL2, and ADSL2+
with minimal effect on data signals. Featuring an innovative silicon
design, the SDP Biased Series provides balanced overvoltage protection,
low distortion, low insertion loss, response time under 500ns, and a
capacitive loading characteristic compatible with high bandwidth
applications. The surface SOT23-6 package has a surge capability
that exceeds most worldwide standards and recommendations for lightning
surge withstand capability of tertiary protectors including ANSI C62.41,
IEC 61000-4-12, IEC 61000-4-5, 30 A, and IEC 61000-4-2 level 4.
Littelfuse PLEDxSW Open LED Protectors offer a switching electronic shunt path when an LED in an LED string fails as an open circuit. PLEDxSW Open LED Protectors ensure the remaining string of LEDs continues to function even if a single LED does not. These devices automatically reset if the LED heals itself or the power is cycled. Designed using white materials for less visibility in the LED fixture, the devices feature white molding to reflect more light and improve overall light engine efficiency. Compatible with one, two and three watt LEDs that have a nominal 3V forward characteristic and PWM frequencies up to 30 kHz, PLEDxSW Series devices are available in SMB surface mount package. Littelfuse SRDA3.3 TVS Diode Array is designed to protect
telecommunications data lines against ESD and high surge events. This
device can safely absorb up to 35A of lightning induced surge current
(tp=8/20μs) without performance degradation and can withstand a minimum
of ±30kV ESD per the IEC61000-4-2 international standard. With just 8pF
of capacitance (typical) from each I/O to ground, this Littelfuse device
helps to maintain signal integrity, preventing data loss during
transmission. Typical applications for this Littlefuse TVS diode array
include tertiary (IC side) protection for telecommunication interfaces
such as T1/E1/T3/E3 data lines, HDSL/SDSL, RS-232/RS-485 interfaces,
10/100/1000 Ethernet interfaces, and video lines. This device is also

Littelfuse 328 Series High Surge Withstanding Fuses are 300VAC-rated, 10kA surge withstanding, 6.3x32mm ceramic fuses.
