Leopard Imaging OV9712 720p Sensor Module is based on the OmniVision OV9712 image sensor. OV9712 is a high-performance HD video camera that WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution with high sensitivity. This Leopard Imaging 6.5mm x 6.5mm sensor module features a focusing range of 60cm to infinity, a focal length of 3.5mm and an F number of 2.8. TV distortion is <1%.
Leopard Imaging HD IPCamera Modules are full HD network camera solutions, ready for production. They support H.264, MPEG4, and MJPEG video format outputs with high definition video. The image processing module supports noise filters (NS), wide dynamic range (WDR), auto-enhancement, and lens distortion correct (LDC). All of the features provide high quality images even in dark and shake environments. Other features such as embedded motions detect, face detects, face recognition, and privacy area mask provide an advanced surveillance system. Leopard Imaging HD IPCamera Modules are compatible with PSIA and can easily be integrated with other systems.

Leopard Imaging provides the Time-to-Market camera development kit with seamless interface to TI IPCamera with a standard 36-pin ZIP connector interface as well as Leopardboard 365 or Leopardboard 368 through an adapter board LI-VCAMADAPTER. Leopard Imaging HD IPCamera Boards produce extraordinarily clear, sharp digital pictures, and are capable of capturing both continuous video and single frame, which makes them ideal for the surveillance industry and machine vision industry. Leopard Imaging provides patches on IPNC-MT5 Ver2.6 to have each camera module function as standard IPCamera with either 720p or 1080p @30fps H.264 streaming. Each hardware platform includes Leopardboard 36x, LI-VCAMADAPTER, and the selected camera module.

The Leopard Imaging 5M CS Mount Camera Board for Leopardboard 365/368 offers 5 Mega-pixels or 2592 x 1944 pixels, at a pixel size of 2.2μm x 2.2μm. The pixel dynamic range is 70.1dB at full resolution, the output data format is RGB, and the camera board has support of 720p @ 60 fps. This board is RoHS compliant.

All Leopard Imaging camera boards can be used with the Leopardboard 368.
