Fairchild Semiconductor offers the broadest portfolio of PSR PWM controllers, including the FSEZ1307 PSR controller with high voltage (HV) startup and an integrated MOSFET. The FSEZ1307, FAN103, and FSEZ1317 simplify designs, save board space, and meet today's demands for power savings. These Fairchild Semiconductor PSR PWM controllers achieve low standby power under 30mW, HV startup, low external component counts, and constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) control without secondary-feedback circuitry. These Fairchild Semiconductor PSR PWM controllers also feature green mode with linearly decreasing PWM frequency. The FSEZ1317 (EZ-PSR with integrated power MOSFET for 2-chip product), FAN103 (third-generation PSR and highly integrated PWM controller), and FSEZ1307 feature proprietary TRUECURRENT™ topology that enables precise CC regulation and simplified circuit design for battery-charger applications.
