Vishay M34 and M35 Series
SMT Wet Tantalum Capacitors

The M34 and M35 Series Surface Mountable Wet Tantalum Capacitors from Vishay have a higher ripple current capability than any other electrolytic type capacitor with similar combinations of capacitance and case size. In addition, Vishay's M34 and M35 Series have an operating temperature range of -55ºC to +85ºC with the ability to reach +125ºC with voltage derating. Both series also have capacitance tolerance of ±20% at 120 Hz and offer standard tin/lead (SnPb), 100% tin (RoHS compliant) terminations. Additional features include low ESR, low DCL, high capacitance, and more.
