Vishay T95 Series Capacitors Vishay/Sprague's T95 Series Solid Tantalum, TANTAMOUNT® Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Capacitors are high reliability capacitors that offer a capacitance range of 0.15µF to 680µF. The T95 Series Capacitors from Vishay/Sprague also feature conformal coated case, standard and low ESR options, SnPb standard terminations, and compliance to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC. Weibull grading and surge current testing per MIL-PRF-55365 options are available.
